How many people attend each event?
We typically have 16-24 participants per event (8-12 men and 8-12 women), ensuring everyone gets quality time with each potential match. We maintain an even gender balance and cap attendance to keep the experience intimate and manageable.
Is it awkward if I see someone I know?
It’s actually a great sign! It means you’re both out there trying something new. Seeing someone you know often takes the pressure off and turns a “stranger” environment into a room full of friends. Plus, it gives you an automatic conversation starter for the rest of your dates!
Can I bring a friend for moral support?
Yes, we love seeing friends attend together! However, please keep in mind that every person in the event space must be a registered participant. We don’t allow “observers” or non-ticket holders in the dating area to ensure a private and comfortable environment for everyone. Having a friend there as a fellow participant is a great way to shake off those first-timer nerves!
What's your cancellation policy?
We try to be as flexible as possible! If your plans change, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If you have to cancel last minute (within 48 hours), we will issue you an event credit so you don’t miss out on the fun. This credit can be used toward any upcoming session that fits your schedule.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Unfortunately, we do not sell tickets at the door. We carefully manage our guest list to ensure an even ratio of participants and a high-quality event for all. To join us, please book your ticket through our website in advance.
Do you offer group or friend discounts?
We occasionally offer special rates for groups! Please contact us directly for parties of 4 or more. Please note that to maintain a high-quality experience, we monitor registration closely to ensure a gender-balanced event, so we recommend your group signs up early before a specific category reaches capacity.
Are your events LGBTQ+ friendly?
Absolutely! We believe everyone deserves a comfortable and accepting environment to find love. What if I don't get any matches?
Do I need to live in Naples to attend?
Not at all! While our events are held in Naples, we welcome singles from all over Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Cape Coral. Whether you’re a longtime local, a new resident, or just visiting the area for the week, we’d love to have you join us!
What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes entry to the event, a series of mini-dates, and your match-tracking scorecard. Please note that drinks are not included in the ticket price but will be available for purchase depending on the venue.
How long does an event last?
Our events typically last about 90 minutes. We dive right into the mini-dates so you can make the most of your time. Once the final round is complete, the night doesn’t have to end—feel free to stick around and continue your favorite conversations!
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! In fact, most of our guests arrive solo. Our events are designed to be social and inclusive from the moment you walk through the door. Between our welcoming staff and the pre-event coaching session, you’ll find it easy to break the ice and feel right at home before the first round even begins.
How private are my matches?
Your privacy is our priority. Your choices are 100% confidential, and we never reveal who you selected to other participants. Contact information is only shared when there is a mutual match—meaning both you and the other person selected “Yes.” If it isn’t a match, your information remains private.
What age groups are available?
To make your connections as meaningful as possible, our events are organized by age category. You can find the specific age range listed in the title of each event on our calendar. Please ensure you register for the group that correctly reflects your age at the time of the event.
Will there be an even ratio of men and women?
Maintaining a balanced ratio is our top priority. This is why we require advance registration and don’t allow walk-ins. In the rare event of a slight imbalance, we keep the energy high by adjusting the rotation flow so you still get plenty of quality conversation time. Our goal is to make sure every guest feels their time was well spent!
